我们与供应商的区别在于工作发生在哪里。工程图纸、箱体内胆、焊接框架、控制柜、校准平台与出口木箱，全部在自有厂区完成。这意味着制定您设备规格的人和焊接箱体的人，在同一个组织、同一套质量体系里工作。
对实验室而言，这意味着具体的好处：项目中的规格变更由工厂内部消化，而不是在多个供应商之间转手；校准数据由我们自己的校准平台出具；设备到达时随附的质检档案，可追溯到我们的生产车间。
每台设备都在自有厂区完成工程设计、焊接、装配与测试。两座生产车间从钢板进料到最终校准全程可控。
图纸、PLC 控制逻辑、仪器配置与箱体结构全部自主研发，非标箱体尺寸与试验程序无需外部依赖即可交付。
温度、湿度、压力与传感器在自有校准平台上逐台校准，出厂时随机附带单台证书。
来料检验（IQC）、过程检验（IPQC）、出货检验（OQC）贯穿物料、焊接、装配与出货全过程。无签署记录不出厂。
按海运要求制作出口木箱、防锈处理，并备齐报关所需全套单证，发往全球 60 余个国家。
安装指导、远程调试与备件供应由工程师提供（非客服转接），并按客户所在时区响应。
Chamber geometry, load frame, airflow and instrumentation are modelled and reviewed before any steel is cut.
Sheet metal, compressors, sensors and electrical parts pass incoming inspection against incoming QC checkpoints.
CNC cutting and press braking form the chamber body, liner and door frame to millimetre drawings.
TIG and robot welding seal the chamber, followed by stress relief and surface treatment.
Refrigeration, electrical cabinets, sensors and control panels are installed and wired to the schematic.
Commissioning runs temperature, humidity, vibration and load profiles; data is logged per unit.
Crating, manuals, certificates and the QC file are completed and sealed for dispatch.
Shipment tracking, on-site installation and operator training are arranged with local partners.
